Del Norte Wrestling, Inc. – Refund Policy for Prepaid Fees

Del Norte Wrestling, Inc. ("the Club") is committed to fairness and transparency in handling prepaid fees for our youth wrestling programs. As a nonprofit organization serving the community, we strive to accommodate reasonable refund requests while ensuring the sustainability of our operations.
1. Initial Refund
Members may cancel their registration within 5 business days of payment and receive a full refund, provided that:

Refunds for cancellations after the 5-day period may be granted, less administrative costs, prior to the 2nd week of practice under the following circumstances:
a. Relocation: If the participant moves more than 25 miles away from Del Norte County, a refund may be granted.
b. Medical Condition or Injury; If a participant suffers a medical condition or injury that occurs within the first week of practice and prevents participation for the remainder of the season, a refund may be granted upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
